Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please keep your invoice or order reference.
Non-returnable items
- Cut-to-size, mixed or custom-prepared materials.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
- Special-order products brought in on request.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit for cash orders, within a reasonable period.
